"I hired Radiant Roofing to replace my roof. Neil Schmidt and his crew did an excellent job and cleaned up very well also. This was the second time I had used Radiant Roofing as I had initially used them about 20 years ago to do my roof. Both times they worked with my schedule so it was convenient for me and they were very efficient. I also just used them to perform chimney repair. Neil is great at promptly responding to phone calls and inquiries and came out quickly for my initial estimate as well. I highly recommend their services!"

Even working in direct sunlight, and extremely high temperatures, they took their time to make sure every aspect of the job was done correctly and every problem that I had was repaired. "I contacted J Brewer to to get a competitive bid on a bathroom remodel. A representative came out and reviewed the project. I provided drawings and description of the work to be done. After three weeks the representative said he would be looking at the project after lunch and provide a quote. A couple hours after lunch I received a quote with a price spread of over 50% . The quote was somewhere between 23k and 35k. If I wanted a accurate price I would need to pay $250. So they wanted me to pay $ 250 to find out if they where possibly 10k over other highly rate contractors in the area. All of the other Angie list recommended contractors provided accurate and timely quotes. If they had explained to me that if I wanted a price quote that was less than +/- 50% it was $250 dollars I would of stuck with the A rated contractors that provide accurate quotes for free."

Then he came on a Saturday to fix a drain line so it would stop leaking in the house and make more damage. It took two days and my floors look amazing. Him and his coworker did a great job! They cleaned as they went I couldn’t be more happy. They worked so hard , and even pointed out where our hearing duct had water in it and was not connected. We’re so thankful.
