I had originally intended to do it in the Spring but I didn't feel I could put it off that long. Because of an impending ice storm, he had a two- day window to get it completed. He showed up promptly when he said he would and kept me posted on his progress and timeline. The job was completed on time and on budget. It was done very professionally. "He did a real good job of cleaning up. He has a helper and he always works with him. He does not put him on the job and come back and check later. He did a good job and he was supposed to give me an estimate on repairing of the wall. He was honest and hardworking and that is why i went with me. I am concerned about matching colors on my roof and he paid details to that. My brother said however they had not fill up a couple of ports on the roof. He thought they over looked it other than that he did a good job."

"Very good, almost great. The install team arrived on time, confirmed work order & started the job. In about 4.5 hrs, power was applied & we started to get heat. A quick overview of the HAVC system was given, balance paid all questions answered and there were smiles on most faces. The sales person described the operation of the new HAVC to be quieter than current system and it is. However, the term quieter was not expressed in db difference so a service tech came out and was able to discuss the issue. The whole evolution was a positive event and we will gladly refer Orbit Energy & Power LLC, as a HAVC company that I will work with again."

"The replacement of the unit went great. Walker heating and air technicians showed up early with a new unit they picked up ready to work. They did a professional job on the unit installation and a great job of cleaning up. The installation took about 7 hours and they then explained how it worked, the warranty, and what maintenance would be needed. They answered all the questions I had and provided contact info should I have any problems. The ac works great and the family is glad. I would recommend Walker heating and air to everyone."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
