Workers checked with me regularly so we were on the same page and the contractor went out of his way, beyond my expectations, to make sure I was happy with the work. Overall work was excellent!"

He told us the best time to pick out plumbing, tiles, etc.. The bathrooms came out beautifully. The workmen were polite and took every precaution to clean up from the mess that cane be made. I had a Bathroom done (2)+ years ago that came out AMAZING. Everything from Start to finish went so smoothly. But then I had two issues with Loose Towel Rod & Leaky Faucet. I wasn't even going to contact Norman because two years had elapsed but I did & was so glad because he didn't give me any issues at all & took care of repairs within several weeks. I was Amazed how well Towel Rod was repaired & New faucet was installed. All work completed again by highly professional & Neat Workers & Free Of Charge. Who does that anymore, probably no one.
