This was a relatively small job compared to a house with flood or fire damage, yet Mike treated the job with the same thoroughness as I believe he would a larger job. The work was scheduled within days. Mike came on the first day to guide the set-up so no fumes would go beyond the work area. From there, the workers consulted me on each phase and how I wanted the walls and floors finished. Mike also arranged for a plumber to inspect the water heater to ensure all was in working order. "A team of two men over four days moved the furniture from each area, then cleaned, degreased and machine buffed each 12 x 12 inch tile and hand scrubbed the grout lines in each wing of the house.   Some areas of the grout had to be hand scrubbed a second time.  The grout had to be completely dry before it could be sealed so an additional day was needed. On the sixth day from the time the job was started, all of the floor was sealed; it quickly dried and the furniture replaced. The entire house floor was sealed.   We were told by Francisco Garcia, the business owner, that the sealing should last several years.  He provided us with a specific floor cleaning product  and told us to use a wet vacuum to suck up the water so as to avoid re-depositing dirty water into the grout. The tile and grout looks very nice. <br />"
