Note: He did an excellent job in pumping out the Septic Tank Prior to the drive leaving I provided him a Coupon from Angi that stated the following: "Cliff's Septic Service Inc. Septic Tank - $10.00 off for Angi Consumers on Septic Tank Pumping Only. Cannot be combine with other offers". The driver stated we do not accept any coupons and took a photo of the coupon so he could give to his management. I called their office, and they still would not honor the coupon and later sent me an e-mail and said to contact Angi. The company said they called Angi regarding my coupon and it may have been a computer glitch and for me (Customer) to contact Angi. Note: A repeatable company would have honored the coupon and contacted Angi themselves to resolve this issue not telling the customer to call them. After reading Google with the number of negative reviews; how can this company receive the rating listed by BBB and Angi."
