"We reached out to Brother's as a former customer from 40 years ago. They came to my home, spent over an hour with us to listen to our needs, provide us with samples, and discuss options. Brothers resided our new home, replaced the roof, gutters, soffits, flashing of the chimney, replaced a new window, and pitched part of one of our chimney's. The work was impeccable. The owner was available for questions, the foreman was approachable, the workers kept the property neat, and our home looks brand new on the exterior. Brothers Alumnium didn't disappoint 40 years ago, and they didn't disappoint now. Highly recommend. 5 Stars!!!"

"this place SUCKS Chase from king came to the house spent 15 min here telling me the whole time how amazing they are and dropping names and jobs they did .. told me 3 days ago ill have an estmate in 2 days, then calls me on day 3 to tell me ill have it at 6pm, then tells me ill call you on day 4 to go over it .. bro i dont need you to call me to go over it i need you to actually email and send it so i can review it then tells me how amazing they are and they stand for quality and service this clown does nothing but believe the garbage he spits... oh also called the office to get a follow up and they dont even know he was here to do an estimate, in fact 15 min after he left they called to sched an estimate.. this is a joke and circus of an organization .. bait and switch we need to talk to you before we give you a price .. what kind of BS is that .. stay away and stay far away from that clown chase."

"So about three months ago, I had a representative from the attyx company mr. Sam MITCHELL come to my house and get me a price for solar. I was inquiring about solar due to me needing a new roof on my home and they stated they will replace my old roof free of charge. They promised me a $5000 bonus to sign up , a new electrical panel in my garage, and a brand new roof to put their solar panels on. They also stated I would pay a fixed rate of $95 a month for the next 20 years due to me owning the panels. I asked many many questions. They assured me and laughed at me that they’ve been in business 16 Years. There is nothing to worry about and there is no scheme here so they sent people with drones to look at my roof, they sent people on my roof to check it out. They all said yes the roof needs to be replaced one very soon. So two workers came and said they need to do minor repairs on my roof as they aren’t replacing the roof he said no it’s not in your budget for the plan that I was getting. I tried to contact my sales rep several times. No answer. I was referred to his supervisor Logan Christiansen to no avail. He also stopped answering my calls. they all stated is your roof needs to be replaced but in order to do that I would have to pay either $11,000 or not sign up with them. I then sent a drone of my own on the roof to look at what they did they left my roof patched up and taught everywhere 10 times worse as it was before. Just please learn from my mistakes do not sign up with this attyx company. Please learn for my mistakes. They will send salesman to your house promise you the world and take advantage of your lack of knowledge so now I have a messed up roof, no solar panels and they refuse to answer my calls if you can, please advise on what next steps I should take before taking legal action."

"It went great! Eric and his crew did a great job! Showed up every day, on time, worked clean, didn't leave debris behind when the job was done. I even had them cut a new double window on the side of the house. He was the only contractor who did his best to give me the type of siding I wanted and brought me samples of what I wanted. Eric also replaced two attic fans on my roof prior to starting the siding job. I would use P17 Construction again, in a heartbeat. He was reasonably priced and did a great job! Thanks, Eric!"

"The initial meeting with John was promising. He was straightforward, easy to talk to, and quickly provided a quote without being pushy. I appreciated that he offered light recommendations without trying to upsell us. After that first meeting, I felt comfortable moving forward. I had John come out one more time so my boyfriend could meet him, ask a few more questions, and finalize the siding and color choices. The next morning, John texted early, saying he’d be by within the hour to pick up the $10,000 deposit. We were told materials would be ordered right away and the project would begin by the end of the month. However, as that date approached, we hadn’t heard anything. When we reached out, we were told it would be delayed by another week — and then again, another week. We were okay with some delays, but the complete lack of communication was extremely frustrating, especially since we needed to coordinate our work schedules. We were also told the work wouldn’t involve anything on the inside, but that turned out not to be true — which was a big issue since we have two pets. During the project, our flower beds and garden were completely destroyed. While some wear and tear is expected, there was no reason for a large boxwood bush to be crushed with a cinder block when there was clearly space to work around it. Several things were damaged, including blinds, window sills, a shelf, and part of the entrance flooring. While I understand that accidents happen during construction, what bothered us most was the lack of accountability. None of these issues were addressed until we specifically called them back out to deal with them. John never showed up for a single walkthrough, and to our surprise, the entire job was done by a different company altogether — not his own crew. That was something we hadn't anticipated, and unfortunately, we didn’t think to confirm it beforehand again our fault. The windows installed were low quality and very off-brand compared to what we expected. We had also discussed having decorative grills/grid lines in the windows, which were completely left out. In the end, while everything listed in the contract was technically delivered, the overall experience left a lot to be desired. The workmanship felt sloppy, communication was almost nonexistent, and the lack of oversight from the owner was disappointing. We definitely feel we overpaid for what we received. It’s partly on us for not being more proactive during the process, but someone who takes pride in their business would have at least done one final inspection or walkthrough."
