"Larry provided a competitive quote and ensured the project was completed on time and to my satisfaction. Bobby and helpers, through their equipment, plastic barriers, and careful attention, limited the spread of dust, which can be a problem when sanding down wood floors. Bobby made sure all of the boards I marked were replaced. He also worked with me in a test area to ensure I was comfortable with the finish color. I had similar work done in the back half of the home about 10 years ago. The side-by-side comparison is remarkable - Midwest Flooring's work is clearly superior. Excellent quality and good value (the quote was the final price)."

"Couldn't be happier to have chosen them. Came for my floors and left after we added beautiful custom ceiling and wall features. On time, professional and left my home looking like my life's dream come true!!"

"As a Realtor, I come into contact with a lot of contractors. Most never answer their phones or take forever to return your calls. Tamara and Regal Bath & Kitchens are the exceptions! Tamara with Regal Bath & Kitchens was amazing to work with, we had both bathrooms remodeled as well as kitchen countertops replaced and new flooring installed. All while we were out of town prior to moving in which increased our stress level as we had to find contractors we could trust to come and go into our vacant home to get the job done "unsupervised". Tamara made this easy and stress-free for us. She worked with my wife and me at every step in the process and made sure we were happy. When there was an issue (as there always is in construction) Tamara was fast to communicate the issue and often provided solutions that we would never have thought of ourselves. Tamara and Regal are professional and do quality work, we will always use Regal in the future! Thank you, Tamara and Team, for all your hard work!"

"Great from start. Arnold is great to deal with in salesroom. Roland measured & explained how the job would be done, Jamie laid the floor and baseboard. Done in 2 days. Jamie really talented and kept me updated via text throughout process. Baseboards are especially nice. He does beautiful rounded corners. Very custom looking. Love the Vinyl Plank Floors from Shaw."

"The work was done as promised by knowledgeable, professional workers. We are very pleased with our "new" floor."

"I had a very pleasant experience with the friendly and prompt service by Pro floors! From the purchase of my flooring to the installation everything was terrific. My new floors are gorgeous!"

"We had a complete closet demo and remodel.
Complete Tub fixture replacement.
Downstairs replacement of baseboards of center island & pantry baseboards.
These were just a start of the items we wanted to begin.  After the visit, we were told that we would have an email with examples of closets and associated estimates. No email or phone call was provided after the visit. Very odd considering that they were recommended so highly in the community.

---Do not know if this is any relevance or not, but we are an LGBT family and it very obvious to us while making the appointment that this is a Christian organization. This made no difference to us, as we just wanted the jobs completed.---

Update: The owner and his daughter personally visited us this evening and profusely apologized for his company dropping the ball. He reiterated that his company does not discriminate and asked for a second chance to earn our business. He seemed genuinely upset and wanted to assure us that he valued our business. We believe him and want to encourage others to give this company a chance to earn your trust. "

"Mark built us a beautiful fireplace addition to our patio as well as a brick inlay for our living room. We absolutely love it. Mark is a perfectionist and was very fun to work with. He has very neat working habits, keeping the work area tidy. We are looking forward to having him back soon, for another project."

"Pablo, Saul, and Francisco installed my new flooring in one day. They professional, polite, quick, and quiet. No loud music or yelling to each other. Made the install day go much smoother and they finished the job in one day with excellent clean up. I love my new flooring!"
