Clay went above and beyond to explain everything that caused my emergency leak/s, he identified the source of my ongoing plumbing emergencies that the previous plumbers couldn't figure out--AND THAT PREVIOUS OWNER DIDN'T DISCLOSE--nor did 3 inspectors to buying this house. He scheduled repairs to work with my budget constraints to hopefully resolve ALL issues. Clay is experienced and well informed, shared his observations, made sure that he answered all of my questions and concerns, and even got me scheduled for additional Awesome Home Services, as they offer more than just plumbing and heating!!!"

"Replaced Kohler toilet that had design flaw and that they had tried to fix before. Provided estimate for new toilet which included a discount because of previous attempts to repair old, which I did not expect, so it was really appreciated. Explained why this toilet was recommended, and when I looked at estimate, it was very reasonably priced and had high ratings on-line. Scheduled date for installation, arrived on time (as always) installed the new and removed the old, explained features, asked if I had any questions. Cleaned up everything and even tried to remove caulk from where old toilet was. I call Bills Plumbing every time I need a plumber, they are honest, reliable, know how to diagnose and fix a problem and won't charge you an arm a leg or sell you what you don't need. I highly recommend"

"Amazing service! I had a great experience working with Dwayne James from Olson Plumbing and Heating in Colorado Springs. I had a water line bust in my basement. I called them for an emergency plumber and Dwayne arrived in 30 minutes. He listened attentively to me as I explained the problem. Being a Master Plumber, Dwayne quickly diagnosed the water leak instantly. He explained the problem clearly and provided a detailed estimate for the repair. Dwayne did a fantastic job completing the repair in a timely manner. He was always polite, easy to work with, and kept us informed during the repair progress. He left the workspace clean and tidy. I appreciated his professionalism and expertise throughout the process. Anyone would be hard to find a better plumber or plumbing business. A first-class job. Highly recommend!"

"Great!! The man who came out was able to get it going in about a minute. Turns out that on our water heater you have to hold the pilot light button down for a minute. Not the 20-30 seconds that I was doing. (I feel kind of silly.) Fortunately they did not charge me for the lighting service. I will definitly use them in the future."

"Called Service First after my water heater had gone out and saw that they had an Angies List deal for a new water heater replacement for $700. As my existing water heater (50 gallons) was larger than the offered deal (40 gallons), I called them first to see if they could upgrade the unit. The customer service rep was helpful and contacted their field guy to setup a time to come by the next day to verify all the costs that would need to be done. I agreed and an appointment for the next afternoon was scheduled.  <br /> The next morning I was called as the technician was available earlier and he came by promptly and went over my existing W/H and what the total cost would be including permits for the new install with a 50 gallon tank. The cost was still very low and I agreed to have the work done. He started immediately and was finished in about 2 1/2 hours as he was working by himself and had to both take the old unit out and bring in the new unit. The technician was very professional and friendly and did not hesitate to answer all questions I had about maintenance and lifespan of the unit.  <br /> All in all I would recommend and will probably use them again in the future for AC/Heating and plumbing needs. <br />"

"This was for my mother's mobile home evaporator cooler, which another handyman had seriously messed up to the point where we couldn't find where the water source was for the unit anymore. Mark and his assistant came out quickly and were very nice to my mom. After quite a bit of effort, to our amazement, they were able to run the water line to the unit on the top of the mobile home roof and uncovered the unit. They also took the time to fold the cover for the unit in a very neat and compact shape. Although I wasn't there during the work, my mom could not stop saying how nice, professional, and competent these gentlemen were. Both of us will be using them in the future for any and all our home repair needs."
