"Jeff and his 2 men were the nicest people, ever! Hard workers, knew what they were doing and did it perfectly! They should get a rating of A++++ They removed old thin wire from a Kentucky Board fence & replaced it with heavy duty black wire fencing. Big Job! Removed poorly built gates & replaced it one red cedar roll top gate, sturdier hinges and a hand opener that really works. Also, put in 6x6" treated pine posts 12 " in diameter and 32" deep in concrete footing. Also, lined the gate with metal bars for sturdiness. Fantastic!!! The clean up was perfect. The whole job was perfect. And they completed the job in one day - as promised!"

"I just had an electric fence installed by Pat Borg of Borg's Pet Fencing for my new puppy. I had a small, specific, irregular area I wanted fenced in (yes I'm a control freak) and he did a wonderful job of accommodating MY wishes and it worked very well with my little pup. I had a hard time the next day with the collar responding and called the company. His wife Sue was very kind, patient and knowledgeable in helping me, and walked me thru it (I am technologically challenged-to say the least!). Pat then stopped by later to be sure it worked. But after a couple of days, I came to realize that the area I had chosen, and insisted on having fenced, would not be a good setup for my dog once she was full grown. I paced around awhile then hesitantly called Pat to ask if he thought it would be possible to rerun the wire to enlarge the perimeter in the back yard (and I was sure he would think I was a lunatic!) But quite the opposite (whew!), he was very understanding and patiently helped me come up with a much better and roomier layout for my dog's not too distant future...and this time I deferred to his expertise! I am very happy with the results!! I can't say enough about Pat and Sue...very professional, easy to work with (unlike me), reasonable rates, quality service and workmanship. I would HIGHLY recommend this company! (glad customers are not reviewed...yikes!)"

"Lance and his company was most professional and courteous before we even committed to an install. Once we scheduled an install, it was well executed and looked and worked great. Training was done by a superb trainer that our dog took to immediately. You can tell they care about their profession as well as the animal. A year later, damage was done by a third party. Lance himself showed up promptly on a holiday weekend to fix the fence and save our weekend. I can't recommend Lance's Hidden Fencing enough. A+ job."

"Robb was awesome! When I called to schedule, he asked a lot of questions to help me choose the best fence for my dog. He arrived when scheduled - and did not ask for a four hour window to arrive! We walked the yard 2x to make sure I liked the placement and to discuss all the utility markings. I have an older home and many of the wires that should have be buried much lower than an invisible fence wire would be buried, are not. Robb was very careful, hand shoveling a lot, to make sure that no wires where cut. The cuts through my cement were precision and sealed very well. The spot were the wire was brought into my garage was completed with PCV pipe to be both esthetically pleasing as well as protective of the wire. I could not have been happier nor could I more highly recommend! <br />"

"Eads (Brandon) came out when I needed a fence gate repair job done when the original installer basically ignored me for months. Brandon came out within a reasonable timeframe just in time for our new puppy. Brandon was quick and courteous. Would highly recommend."

"The person who answered the phone was friendly. I told that one of my gates on a fence that The Fence Co. had installed some years ago was sagging and I needed a service call. He insisted that I take a photo of the gate with my phone and email it to him before he scheduled the call so that, "they would know what to bring with them to be able to fix it." When I explained that I had never taken or emailed a phone photo, he explained how I might do that. I did figure out how to take and send the photo, and he promptly called me back. He explained that their minimum charge for a service call was $275.00 but that he could explain to me how to fix it myself and save the money---which he then tried to do. I find it disappointing that The Fence Co. does not have a reasonable scale of charges to provide repair services for customers who buy their product. It is their right not to, but I would not use them again to install a fence for me because of it, nor would i recommend them to someone on that bases. I have left their "The Fence Co. w/phone#" sign on my gate all these years, but it is coming off this weekend."

"This is a follow-up to an earlier review. A neighbor's landscape service damaged a few posts in the fence and I contacted Burcor to purchase some replacements. It took longer than usual for them to receive the parts from the manufacturer and whether it was from the delay or the initial installation issues, Jeff provided them to us at no cost. We didn't ask for them to be free and fully expected to pay, so it came as a nice surprise. We appreciated his customer service and based on the past few interactions, we'd hire them again."

"I called for an estimate for replacing about 110 feet of chain link fence that surrounds part of a side yard and acts as an enclosure for our dog. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that an estimator could come the next day. I later received a quote for $2286.15 which I signed and mailed on June 23, 2017. I called the next week to get a date for the install and was told that they would call 24 to 48 hours before coming to do the work. Because I planned to be there when the work was done I was hoping to get a specific date for the install but despite multiple attempts that never happened. I received a call on Friday July 7 that they would arrive for the install on Monday July 10. They did remove the old fence and install the new one on that day. There were several mostly minor issues with the new fence that concerned me so I called to ask that they send out someone to inspect the fence. The inspector arrived two days later and agreed that corrections should be made. About two weeks later, I believe it was July 31, the same two individuals who did the install were able to address my concerns and while I was not completely happy with the pace of the overall process and that two trips were necessary, I consider the final product to be an acceptable result."

"I have been using Hunny-Do Services, LLC since 2016, I have had Cody install lights, mirrors, fans, dimmer switches, curtain rod and reconfigured shelving in MB closet to accommodate more room. Cody has a nice clean van to carry his tools in. He is a pleasant person to speak to and extremely efficient in his work ethics. His prices are standard but the quality of work is exceptional, he is extremely talented and a true professional. Work just completed: adjust shower door, replaced grout around shower floor, installed a broom rack, repaired several nail pops in the house. hung a stain glass window, did some spot painting, mudded cuts in a garage wall, framed a Generac generator box below the fuse box."
