Romvil repaired the leaks, re-built rotted out interior and exterior walls, and replaced our interior sheetrock. They were very clear about letting us know exactly what they knew we needed to have done, before they did it. They showed us computer generated plans that explained why we had problems and what they were going to do. They were totally honest about cost and made sure we had agreed to what it would cost before they did the work. I will gladly. hire them again!!!"

"Oliver and his crew were consummate professionals. They showed up when scheduled and quickly and efficiently tore off the old roof and replaced it with high quality materials. This was a high roof with some challenging angles but they worked consistently to finish in 3 days. The clean up was very good as well. During this job they also power washed 2 high balconies, removing heavy planking to clean the drain holes. They purchased new tarps to avoid damaging the flooring in the bedroom. I highly recommend them for professional, fairly priced roofing, construction and handyman services."

Their bids were significantly lower than all others and they worked with us on our timeline. They were respectful of our budget and didn’t push us to do more than was necessary. We upgraded the vents in our roof for a very reasonable price. The neighbors stopped by frequently to comment on how wonderful it looks! I’m now hiring them for some inside work. "Gus, owns this company. He was a subcontractor for DeBella who was contracted to do our root. When we had problems we played tag with DeBella for two years. I finally contacted the subcontractor and let him know I would be filing suit for repairs. He was completely unaware of the damage repair requests. He was able to work and secure the proprietary roofing of DeBella from another company to get the repair made. Even while deathly ill he managed to guide his workers to make the necessary repairs in a vary timely manner. I would recommend him hands down. Very personable. DeBella did not make any attempt to stand behind their guarantee and warrantee< Sadly. I do not recommend them."

"Jim Rentfro is the owner.  It was a more expensive roofing material that we used.  Jim is very good at listening to what you want.  He gives lots of choices and explains the difference in styles in quality.  He was very good with talking things over with me if anything changed as they were doing the work.  He was the same person after I contracted with him.  If I had concerns, he was available.  The job turned out good.  It looks good and we don't have any leaks.  I got other bids and this was the best one.  I have a rental that I may use him again for."
