"Buck is a lifesaver. I called him at 4:30 when I found out the seller in a real estate transaction had not lined up a contractor to take out the uncertified stove, 3 days before closing. They came, removed the stove and we closed the sale. They don't do roof or ceiling repair just fyi so you'll have to line up another contractor to finish the job.
