"I called H.B. Remodeling & Project Management regarding repair to some siding and flashing at my chimney. Mark returned my call the same day and we set up an appointment for him to view the damage. We agreed on the work to be done and he gave the cost of the project. Mark is knowledgeable and very professional. If I made any calls to him, he promptly returned such calls. He shows a sincere desire to ensure a project is completed to your satisfaction. The crew that performed the work was also great. They did an excellent job and worked timely to complete the project. Project was slotted for two days, they arrived on time and with all the materials required to restore my Master Bathroom to immaculate new built home look in one day! They were simply amazing, far exceeded my expectations on their skill set and workmanship. They took such great pains in covering the walk way paths through the home, my entire Master Bedroom and all areas of my Master Bathroom, they treated my home like it was theirs. "I would give zero stars if I could. They are completely incompetent. We hired them to install a set of french doors to my backyard. They couldn't get the door to close properly, and the French doors were scraping against each other when closing. They claimed the issue was a faulty hinge and that they needed to order a replacement. I emailed them multiple times for updates, and getting a response was like pulling teeth. They consistently postponed the repair date. When they finally returned to fix it, THREE MONTHS LATER, they discovered the problem wasn't the hinge at all, but rather a protruding screw. They didn't even use the replacement hinge; they simply replaced the screw. As a result, I had a non-functioning door for three months. Furthermore, we provided them with the specifications of the hardware we were going to order. They initially advised that a single dummy handle would suffice for the non-locking door, but it actually required a passage handle. However, when they realized the single dummy handle wouldn't work, they told us to order a double dummy handle, before they realized it needed a passage. Now, I have two extra sets of wasted hardware. I can't return them because their prolonged delay in installing the door caused the return period to expire. I also don't know what kind of discount door they got, but the handle is extremely low, only 30 inches above the ground. When I looked it up, door handles are usually 36 inches above the floor. They are terrible"
