Their on site competitive cost estimate easily beat out competitors. They were responsive quickly making resources and materials available to provide the best quality. They were highly efficient and reliable. Their master craftsmen performed with precision resulting in a seamless high-quality experience. They have exceptional customer service building trust with updates about progress in simple language to manage expectations. Their post-project warranty and top-notch engagement makes it easy for any follow-on requirements."

"If you are looking for a 5 stars shower remodel that is top quality (material and work), look no further. My experience with Hill Country Tub and Shower was the best. Travis came to my house with all the answers to my problems, friendly and easy to talk to. He did not pressure me and answered my calls after. Installation day started bright and early with Phil and Bee covering my furniture and floors where they were going to walk. Very courteous and professional. It took them 2 days to finish the most perfect and beautiful work i have seen done in a shower. Phil stayed after he was done to make sure i understood the new features of my shower and answer a few last questions. I 100% recommend this company for a shower remodeling. I am just sorry i did not do my sink at the same time. Guest bathroom will have to be next!!!! The icing on the cake is that i don’t ever need to clean between the tiles again as the entire wall is one piece and so is the floor ( anti slip is a bonus). extremely satisfied client here!!!!"

Melissa from scheduling called me on Monday to do some follow up and told them no one came, she apologized profusely and we rescheduled for today Frank Bamford the VP from the company personally came out to give us a quote and apologize for the inconvenience. I have to say im very impressed. Frank was punctual and gave us a quote my husband and I are. Seriously thinking it over. "The project was scheduled and executed within a reasonable time. I was contacted when the supplies came in and was immediately scheduled for the work to start. Work took 3 days total. Installers were courteous and professional. Work completed to my satisfaction and results were awesome. Installers were careful to maintain my floors clean and were meticulous in wrapping up their work and making sure my bathroom was cleaned. Communication with the field supervisor and sales representative was reliable and prompt. I highly recommend this company’s service. Only thing I wish had been more reasonable is the cost of the project but I guess I should’ve been more firm while bargaining on the price and finance rate."
