Plus he has a great personality and just a nice person. We hired Bob 3 times so far; he install a vent in our generator shed to relieve the excess hot air, he cleared trees and cut them into logs and he installed porch beams, brackets and hung a porch swing. Poor water drainage and damage was a previous issue with the last system and Jay insured that his system was sloped and took the time to show me using his levels and I was impressed and appreciated his gutter fastening system, totally solid. "John, owner of Improvement Pros, and his team recently finished a kitchen remodel for us. Although we kept the same layout, the cabinets, counters, kitchen sink, and backsplash were all replaced. His team also added crown molding and trim on the soffit to help it blend in with the cabinets. John is very good about keeping in touch throughout the project, so we usually knew what to expect day-to-day. The project did run longer than expected, but that was because one of his employees took a job overseas and quit without advanced notice. If that wouldn’t have happened, the job would have been finished as expected. To make up for that delay, John worked on a Saturday and gave us a small discount on the overall price. He also strived to make sure that my husband and I were both satisfied with the end results. Not happy about a tile? He’ll fix it. Cabinet doors look just a little off to you? He’ll straighten them. At the end of a project, he asks for honest feedback because he wants to keep improving his business.
