He was consultative throughout the whole process. Lisa was responsible for arranging installation and paperwork and was very responsive to inquiries as well as reaching out to confirm things were moving forward. He answered all my questions, gave me cell number and that of his General Manager, Larry. Larry arrived at the appointed time and walked through the house He then suggested what was the best security setup based on the physical layout and our discussion on my needs. Day of installation went smoothly. The installation technicians explained what to expect for installation, asked if I had questions and did not mind if I watched. They were communicative, thorough in the manner in which they did the work, and cleaned up (very neat). After explaining the operation of the system and making sure everything functioned, they left. Citywide has always been very responsive to remedy any issues, walking us thru fixes over the phone or coming out when necessary. Only issue we have is with the video doorbell only working intermittently, but that's more an issue with the hardware not Citywide. Customer service is an A+."
