"Absolute best. I had three bids. One was way over the top. The other bid was slightly lower than the one from Maplewood Plumbing, but they stopped responding to my questions after I asked them two times. I understand that if it was just a $200 job, then it would not be worth the time, but $2,500 was no chump change. Couldn't I ask just a couple more questions to make sure I knew what I was getting into? Maplewood plumbing was different, from start to finish. They even came out a second time to take a closer look to reassure me on what needed to be moved or removed first in order to start their work. I doubt many companies would want to do that. The plumbers working on the job were happy to answer questions as well. There was a small drip in the water supply line/shutoff valve area of the toilet after they were done with the job, They fixed it after a call. Some companies just leave these loose ends unfixed, but they didn't. The office staff was also responsive and professional. All in all, they were such a pleasure to work with. Will definitely hire them for future plumbing needs."

He gave us some hints about how to deal with the upstairs bathroom sink drain and worked efficiently to repair the toilet seal. During the process, he also replaced the toilet water delivery shut off valve O-ring. I mentioned that the Price Pfister shower fixture wasn't delivering hot water effectively and he made an adjustment. When all the work was completed, Jimmy only charged us for the toilet repair - and then gave us the Senior 15% Discount. Jimmy rocks!"
