When he came, there was an additional post I asked him to replace. Said he would have to come back, as he did not have the extra post with him. But, he went and obtained the additional post, and did the extra post, in addition to the repair we had discussed. Even stained th new post to match the existing fence. Excellent job.."

"Our do-it-yourself gutters were a hopeless mess. The joins always leaked and in all the wrong places. We got tired of sliding over ice from dripping gutters in the front of our porch (north-facing). <br /> We got three estimates from gutter companies, but Miguel was by far the most professional. We had a place near our garage where we wanted the downspout to go to a drain that would run under a concrete walkway. The old gutters just discharged over the walkway, which made a constant pool of ice in winter. The other two gutter companies would not even consider digging under the concrete to install the drain, but Miguel was willing to do so. Even with the concrete work, Custom Made Gutters's bid was competitive with the other two. <br /> The job that Custom Made Gutters did was terrific. Miguel did lots of measuring and calculating to determine the proper number of downspouts for good drainage. He added two that we did not have before. The house had been constructed with too much roof draining into gutters that had too few downspouts, so we were always getting spill over. <br /> Custom Made Gutters was great to work with. They re-scheduled our job three times at our request to accommodate our exterior painting schedule and finally came out to do the work on a Sunday. The whole job took about 5 hours (including tunneling under the concrete walkway). <br /> A few days after completion, we tested the entire system with a hoses running full out. The drainage from all the downspouts they installed is great and there was no spill over from the gutters. The drain under the concrete works very well and provided needed irrigation to a row of pine trees to which it drains. <br /> We highly recommend Custom Made Gutters to anyone needing new gutters. <br />"

"The quality of the work was very good. I kept adding things that needed to be fixed and he was responsive to my growing list of needs at the house( our second home in Tahoe). I initially called him out to only  fix  some plumbing, but the list kept growing. The plumbing problem was very minor. However, he was very generous and did not charge me for the first plumbing visit, when I added  a bunch of other repairs. I really appreciated that.  <br /> He is a small business owner and seems very busy(which speaks to his quality). So the only downside is that it might take him a few days to return calls and to schedule the work. We had no deadline for the work we needed done, so it was not problem for us.  <br /> Would definitely use him again.  His pricing seemed reasonable, but we did not bid out the work so I did not compare it to others.  <br /> <br /> <br />"

"Went very, very well. Solid communication from start to finish, including during the transport itself. Pricing was at the high end of the quote range, but not obscene, and what I received in return was a white-glove service using an enclosed trailer with an experienced professional. Complete inspection of the car before and after, with pictures noting the exact condition of the car, interior and exterior - including the milage and contents of the glove box. This is not a subcontracting / middle-man company like so many auto transport vendors are - they bid on and perform the work themselves through their well-established and successful freight business. I wouldn't hesitate to put another high-value automobile into their care."

"<p>We requested an Estimate on the jod and received a very professional estimate the next morning..  His estimate clearly outlined all the services that he intended to perform and was the lowest bidder of the 3 estimates we received.  the exterior paint estimate included drastically more services then the other bidders, so we decided to use them.  They arrived on time and started by power washing the house and shed. the paint job was completed in 3 days.
