"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."

"Immediate Response did an excellent job, both by coming to my house immediately to replace a broken pipe for my sprinkler system that had caused water to get in part of my basement, and by replacing all the original shower and bath fixtures for my house.. I have a 1950's house, and those items were not standard. The had to find those types of fixtures for the shower, and the 3 faucet bathtub. Their pricing for all this was very reasonable, and was estimated and done by the job not by the hour. I am already set to use them again to start replacing more of the old pipes in my house..
