"I saw raccoons inside my fenced pool enclosure. They ran under my deck when they saw me and I thought they were living under the deck. Mr. Waldner did a thorough inspection and determined the raccoons were not living under my deck and most likely were just passing through. He made several suggestions to improve securing the deck perimeter to prevent unwelcome guests from taking up residence. They showed up fast, were courteous and very professional. They did not charge me for this inspection. Thank you!"

"I received a call from First Choice Pest Control within a few minutes of inquiring, late Friday. An appointment was made for Monday, and the worker arrived a few minutes before the expected window. He was polite, explained everything well, and provided additional resources for preventative methods. It took about 30 or less to treat for carpenter ants, so the price seemed a bit high but it seems average going rate. They guarantee their work for a year. Convenient to pay on line. Would use them again!"
