"Bill Taylor (owner) came out to give me an estimate for what I thought was going to be a roof repair on my *(not too old roof). Unfortunately, the previous roofer did not do the correct thing and I needed a complete new roof. Four Seasons could not have been more professional. From the first call to the last nail they were polite, professional, and helpful. Donna in the office is SO patient, kind, and caring. I was scheduled for a few weeks out, but as the roof got worse they were able to schedule me in. The crew that arrived, headed by Antonio, was exceptionally polite, professional and hard working. They answered ANY (and I had a bunch) questions or concerns I had during the installation. They really worked as a team and the finished product looks great. Clean up was impeccable with them checking-in before saying they were done that I was happy. A few of the crew members mentioned they were with Four Seasons over a decade (a sign of a good, stable business). I highly recommend Four Seasons Roofing. From the first call to the last nail everything was great. More importantly, I am CONFIDENT that they did the RIGHT job and if there are any issues Bill and his team will stand behind their work."

"I decided to have my roof inspected and replaced (if necessary). I had several companies come look at the roof and I decided on Brothers. After the inspection I was told it had to be replaced and I was given a presentation where I was told everything that would be done, I made a few decisions about materials and colors and gave him a deposit. It took 3 weeks because of other work they were doing and then the weather but they came and took down the roof the first day then came back and put on the new roof on Day 2. They worked nonstop both days and cleaned up the mess before they left. My new roof looks terrific and I am very happy with it. That was the good and now the bad. When I got my estimate ($9500) I was told the only other possible charge was if they had to replace any roof panels. I asked worse case scenario and he said all 65 panels would have to be replaced at $65 each (after 5 free) or $3900. I asked how likely that was and he said that he just completed 2 roofs and hadn't replaced a single panel. So of course 15 minutes after they start he tells me they have to replace all 65 panels. When he came by a few days later for the balance I meant to ask him about my discount but I forgot until after he left. I texted him but my text messages went unanswered until I sent an email to the company and I got a phone call within the hour. I explained that I paid $12,900 after a $500 discount but it should have been a $1,000 discount (website says $1k on projects over $10k). First they said that they gave a $9500 price so the $3900 additional cost doesn't count! Then he changed directions and said that he charged me $65 per panel instead of $75 per panel and when I told him he charged me what he quoted me, he said it could have been $75 per panel. It was obvious that he was going to say whatever he had to say to justify not giving me the discount I was entitled to. Bottom line: Make sure you get all charged and discounts in writing. I was disappointed in how they ignored me for days then gave a poor excuse. I said I would hire them again BUT if I did I would get everything in writing upfront!"

"The end of September 2023 my upstairs ceiling was leaking badly. In Brooklyn, NY we had constant rainfall towards the end of that month. I had to put out buckets in 2 areas. I was very concerned about the cost of this repair. I contacted 5 companies. 4 of them were through the Angi’s list app. Five Boro was the 2nd company to contact me back, but I had arranged them as the 4th to come and inspect. No rhyme or reason for that. I spoke with Gia on Sunday. She was very professional and arranged for Five Boro to come out Tuesday to give me a free estimate. As soon as I came from work their guys were there checking out my roof. They took pictures and video. Paul called me in a few minutes and explained to me that my roof was in pretty good condition. He said the troublesome areas were where the ‘penetrators’ were. (I think I’m saying it the right way.) Those were like beams and other things that stuck through roof based on how house was built. The work guys respectfully took off their boots when they came in house and took pictures and video all the while talking to Paul on the phone. Paul then said to me that they could do that patchwork at that time as his men were already there. He quoted me a cost that I was definitely able to work with. Gia emailed me the proposal and I accepted. They even removed my mom’s old satellite dish and patched the holes it made. Paul explained everything and that was very helpful. What they did that afternoon worked. I have not noticed any leaks or new leaks on my upstairs ceiling and we had more rainfall the following weekend. I am soooooo glad for Five Boro. They were professional, respectful, and seemed to display integrity. I did not feel bullied or taken advantaged of which I felt with other contractors who came out and gave me costly quotes. Nor did I get an expensive quote from someone who didn’t even come to see the roof. Because of everyone I came in contact with from Five Boro and their work ethic, I hope to work with them again. "Nice and Fast recently performed some repairs on our roof. We had 6 existing drains on our flat roof replaced with new aluminum drains. Areas around the new drains and areas near vents were all sealed using a new silicone based roof extender. Nice and Fast were knowledgeable and professional during the job. We also appreciated the fact that they were prompt. The price for the job was also very reasonable considering the quality of work performed."
