Our yard is small but the dirt was very compacted due to it being new construction so we knew we needed an aeration and seeding to get it started. We had such a great experience that we've now hired and prepaid for them to do 2 seasons of lawn treatments and we will continue to do so. The proof is in the pudding; our lawn looks amazing, and we know this because our Ring camera picks up people walking down the street and we can hear them say so.
