"Project went very well and the team worked quickly. Everything that I wanted was accomplished. The only issue is a crack that has developed on the back patio. This is due to the existing patio being poured over and not cut out due to being monolithic with the house foundation. The difference is how the concrete was married together is the reason for the crack and not the fault of work. Reason for 4 star is some property was damaged by operator of a skid steer. Parts were paid for by contractor but operator could have been more careful to avoid the issue altogether. Highly recommend."

Were very friendly and easy to work with.   I obtained three quotes for the work and they were the lowest.  They worked well with mostly suggestive plans as the work changed as the project came together.  Only down side was that costs (as is typical), were high when there were change orders.  I know they didn't think so, but I felt some of the costs of the changes were high, but the quality of the work was very good.  Our house is a historic one in downtown Charleston and was anything but easy to work on.  Aaron (the owner) did work with me on price to try and keep the costs minimized..,   I would use Aaron again and would gladly recommend him for repair and deck work. <br />"

"In terms of RESPONSIVENESS, PUNCTUALITY, and PROFESSIONALISM, this provider was OUTSTANDING!  She picked up her business calls in a very timely fashion, responded to my home even faster, and did obtain the correct motor and pump for my pool.  The only problem was in the quality of the repair since the plumbing parts into and out of the motor were the incorrect piping (not pressurized pipe) and were not sealed correctly.  This led to a whole separate problem with the pool plumbing system.  The plumbing problem created by the motor and pump repair was eventually diagnosed and repaired by a different provider.  I just would have preferred a single point of communication from one pool professional.  <br />"

Mike and his crew have creatively addressed all the issues which allowed me to maximize the living area while still being compliant with all the building codes. Work on the project was well planned and performed according to the schedule. In fact it took longer to wait for building permit from the county than the project itself. I also wanted to point out that Mike possesses a rare quality for contractor, he is very punctual and responsive. He had returned all my calls/e-mails within a day and had addressed all my concerns or requests in a timely manner.
