I provided the new hardware and was charged $200 for two small water lines. Cost about $18 each at Lowes. I have no problem with fair and reasonable but what was charged today was NOT fair and reasonable. Their service prices are outrageous! If you have money to burn then maybe this company is for you. "Trades person came to the house, gave a quote, I declined the amount: (install 3 toilets) when he was leaving, he asked if i have something saying its $49 when they come out. If that was mentioned, I wouldn't have responded. The next day, I was texted an invoice for$49, which I will not be paying. They KNOW if they mention $49, people won't use them. They should be reprimanded, i find it scammish."
