Everyone at Falcone--the schedulers who arranged our estimate visit and the repair work, the foundation experts who repaired the porch, the finance people who explained the estimate and our final bill--every single one of them was helpful, prompt, courteous, and great at their jobs. The county inspector who reviewed the porch repair even made a point of telling us what high quality work the Falcone people had done for us! I would definitely call them again! The foundation had cracked away from the main house and the slab was cracked and sliding apart at different angles. "Installation crew on time and discussed exactly what the estimator said was going to happen.  Crews encountered water in two locations next to the failed pier but got their pipe columns into bedrock.  Very professional and pleasant to deal with.  They slowly jacked up the house and we watched the cracks in the walls close up.  Personnel were in the house monitoring all the floor elevations and directed the crew below on which jack to run.  I repaired the wall cracks the next day and here a week and half later no new cracks. <br />"
