"My stamped concrete patio was in terrible condition, which required grinding down the top surface and reinstalling new stamped concrete. Richardson's Concrete did a fantastic job and I'm very happy with the results. Gina and crew were great to work with. I wanted to create a Bluestone type look for the stamped concrete and Gina worked patiently with me on colors and textures to achieve the effect I was looking for. The crew who came out each day were hard working and always left a clean work area when they left. Gina was out often to check up on things and handled the final touch-ups on the coloring of the concrete. Super job all around! "It went well. Chris looked at the house to determine how much prep work would be needed and length of time it would take to complete the project. He emailed me the steps of the project, along with a contract and a request for the colors also the total cost for my review. Once i accepted the bid we set up a start date, I signed the contract and send it to him along with the deposit. Once the prep was completed I made another payment and at the end of the project I paid the balance due. Overall it was a job well done,"
