"We are incredibly pleased with our kitchen remodeling by Solid Construction & Design!! They remodeled our kitchen, painted our dining room and living room, and renovated our fireplace. The project took about 5 weeks and we are very pleased and delighted with the final results. We got to work with Oleg (the owner) who inspected our kitchen, gave us design ideas, and got us a detailed estimate based on our selection. We made a trip to their convenient showroom to make the material selections and JCruz was very friendly and helped us with that. Vitaly was our project manager and also did a great job coordinating the installation team. The scope of work included a full kitchen remodel (our kitchen is fairly large) - so the existing kitchen was completely demoed and all appliances were disposed. We went with brand new solid wood white shaker cabinets, custom Silestone quartz countertops (Cambria island), new tile backsplash, new laminate flooring & baseboards, painted the whole kitchen & dining area, installed new pendant lights, and more. They did everything (including hooking up the appliances, and also electrical work as well). We later had them update the LED lights throughout our whole house. We always recieved prompt attention and can surely say that Solid Construction and Design was a pleasure to do business with. We have referred them to friends and family and will continue to do so."

After with several other contractors, we decided to go with them and it was the best decision we mage. Mila, our project manager, was fantastic from day one. As first-time remodelers, we had a lot of questions, but Mila guide through every stage with patience and professionalism. The communication was consistent, and any concern we had was handled right away. The team even helped us refine our design ideas and brought them to life with a stunning 3D preview before construction began. "Let me start by saying that I went thru three other companies and thier prices were really high up there. I was ready to give up on a dream that I have had for years . My children are all moved out and I thought I can finally reface my kitchen . … but the quotes I was getting were depressing …. But my son suggested Angie’s List 😀… I have never tried Angie’s List before so I thought what the heck … well to my surprise I called three companies out of Angie’s List and one of them was Wiseman Home Improvements . I am so glad I chose them to work on my kitchen . Phil came gave and estimate but I had seen two before him … needless to say … Phil sent me an estimate and it was right within my budget …. I was so happy we started April 1 thought at first it was an April Fools joke … but it wasn’t 😀. Phil worked with me on picking my counter and floor and back splash …. Phil is a cool dude . Ryan makes sure everything is done correctly and drops in here and there makes sure all is going well . I have no complaints my kitchen looks beautiful… I’m so happy with the results . I would hire Wiseman Home Improvements without a hesitation . Now I hired them to do my patio door. In the near future if I decide to remodel another room in my house Wiseman will be the ones I call. "Ben and his crew did a great job on our extensive renovation. We had them completely update our 80's home by removing a wall for the open concept great room, full kitchen remodel, both guest and master baths updated, can lighting, refaced fireplace and vinyl plank flooring throughout. Ben developed an aggressive schedule that had our kitchen and guest bath ready for use in three weeks and the entire job completed in 41 days. The tile man, Paul, was especially skilled with attention to detail that resulted in our kitchen tile backsplash and fireplace reface being favorite parts of the project! We would recommend being present for some parts of the job, like lighting placement and flooring installation to ensure the desired placement. We would definitely recommend Home X for your next remodel project."

"Joe and his son Joe showed up on time and we discussed what was going to be done. Joe Sr. asked me since the backsplash was going to be white did I want to change the outlets and switches from ivory to white which I did. He said he would take care of it. Took a couple of hours for all of the supplies and the new granite to be picked up and then they started the demo. of the kitchen. Next day I was informed that since Joe Sr was the only one in the company who knew how to cut granite he was being sent to another project but would return to continue work on my kitchen. Two hours later he did and worked on cutting and installing the granite. Another worked cleaned the cabinets with the Restore A Finish. I received a call later in the day from the owner William Caldwell who informed me that Joe Sr was going to be sent to another project and others would finish the work. The next day I had two workers replacing the threshold and front porch post, the plumber showed up but because two workers where installing the backsplash he couldn't hook up the dishwasher so he said he would return the following day. Because of the schedule Caldwell Construction brought in Corinthian Tile and Stone to install the backsplash and the two men did a great job. The plumber returned the next day and installed the dishwasher. The only complaint I have is about the outlets and switches. When I asked William Caldwell about installing them he said it wasn't part of the contract and would have to be done at another time. He said he would give me a good price. Two weeks later I called and said I would like to set up an appointment to have the outlets and switches replaced and that Joe Sr had already purchased the items so I had everything here. The office said she would check the schedule and call me back. She didn't call back so I called again the next day and spoke with Steven the field manager who said they were too busy with two new kitchens they were working on and said he couldn't pull anyone away for a day to take care of it. He said he would speak with William Caldwell and call me back. He didn't. I hired Jones Electric who came out and in less than an hour replaced the outlets and switches."
