"Do NOT use Surgi’s AC (Southern Air)!! They are crooks and totally wasted my time and I’m still waiting for them to refund my money. Eddie gave me a quote to move my condenser, $3763 but I could get a $513 “discount” for getting a membership with them ($239 for 2 AC PM’s a year) which came out to $3249. So I paid $239 to get membership and then they send a new quote and voila! No discount. They also charged me $89 for “service call” to come give me estimate to do work which they didn’t tell me about when I called. (My unit wasn’t broken, I just wanted it relocated in my yard.) Then no one will return my calls for two days!!! I finally got through to a manager (“we do honor our quotes, we just had a glitch in the system”) and I should be getting a refund after almost a week and half a dozen unanswered calls. Stay away!"

Come to find out we live in a historical tree protection zone, so, in addition to lining up gas and electrical permits, Brandon had to hire a licensed tree arborist to conduct a survey and obtain a tree permit, all of which Brandon did for no additional charge. If you ever want an automatic full home generator to keep the lights on during the next hurricane outage, these are definitely the guys to call."
