"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."

"Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."

"Do not use suredry in city of Neenah if you want permit approved. Spent 17k on EverBrace wall and city of Neenah inspector, Ted walked in and looked at it and said he has never seen work like this and did not approve work permit. I am now left with unapproved permit and the company is crickets. Customer service is great before they get final check and leave you will unapproved permit. Do not use sure dry especially if you live in city of Neenah because ted the useless inspector will not approve it leaving you screwed "

"BEWARE! IF you buy from them, MAKE SURE they service your area. We bought $9500.00 worth of appliances from them. We also bought the "extended service contracts". They delivered the products to our home in Neenah, WI They did not tell us they will not go to Neenah for service. When we had a problem with our washer, we called their service department. The lady we talked to, first of all was not very nice in her tone. Then told us, "We don't go to Neenah for service". She said call this number and gave me a number for a third-party service company. It turned out to be "Sears Appliance Service". We had to wait three days for a tech to come. When he came and took the washer apart, he did not have the part. he said it was common part with GE, but they don't stock it. It had to be ordered. Another three days to get the part. You have to call when the part arrives to set up another appointment for installation of the part. Another three days. We will NEVER buy from Silica again. "

"I had a bad computer board in my oven. they said they would not cover it because they found a roach. This is Florida we have some roaches. i do not have a bug problem. It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"

"We were given a two-hour window when the repair person would arrive. Joe arrived early in that time span and was informative and easy to deal with. He explained the two possibilities of what the problem might be, made a recommendation, had the needed belts in the truck, and quickly fixed our older washer. I will definitely call Kelbachs the next time we need an appliance serviced."
