"The team showed up promptly as scheduled at 7:30am, and when they were finished you never would have known they were here, except for our newly restored windows! Before they got here, none of them opened from the top (had been painted closed). Most wouldn’t stay open without being propped open. There were major gaps where air was able to get in. Sash cords were disconnected and hanging all over the place. They even had to replace the glass on a couple windows. But when they were finished, everything opens smoothly from bottom AND top."
