"The technician was early, polite, and efficient. The price was fair and the work fixed the problem. He did offer to run a camera down the drain line, but every plumber I've ever hired has done that and he didn't force the issue. An all-around terrific experience."

"Johnathan came out and fixed both of my issues I had. Our main water line was damaged and he replaced and fixed it and we also had a problem with our valve cartridge in the shower and was very knowledgeable and professional and I would not hire anybody else. I appreciate his work and knowledge."

"What do you do when the gas company turns off your gas due to a leak? You would want a licensed plumbing company that is: quick to respond, has a free estimate, comes out on a Saturday, knowledgeable, on-time, efficient, quality work, courteous, and above all else,...integrity. Jason and his team at J I G Plumbing are all that! We were given an initial estimate, but as the trenching started, he informed us that the repair would not be as extensive as previously thought. He re-calculated the cost, saving us considerable money. Jason and his team patiently answered all our questions and informed us of their progress. Jason also provided photos of damaged areas and the finished repair. The repair was completed professionally and efficiently, and the gas company came to inspect/turn the gas on the same day. We are happy to have J I G Plumbing as our "go-to" for all our plumbing needs in the future!"

"I had a great experience with your team. They serviced and repaired my mini-split and central They serviced my A/C systems, added refrigerant, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Mike was thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and did quality work. I highly recommend this company."

"Service Flow Plumbing did an excellent job flushing my tankless water heater at a very reasonable cost. Rose provided outstanding customer service from start to finish, and Andrew—the technician who performed the flushing—was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and sure to explain everything clearly. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend their team!"

"Unclogged main sewer/drain on Black Friday. Blocked drain happened 4:00p.m. On Thanksgiving day. So thankful for attending to this matter so quickly"

"Wes @ Rapid Rescue Rooter & Plumbing did an amazing job fixing our plumbing issues and even gave us advice on how to properly care for our drains and system to avoid problems in the future. Very, much appreciated!! Wes was quick to return our call and schedule an appointment that worked best for us. I also scheduled for work to be done at my parent’s home, knowing they would be in knowledgeable, trustworthy hands! He is definitely highly recommended! Thanks so much Wes!"

"Job went great! Bob gave me a very competitive estimate for the Re-Pipe and went the extra mile in recommending materials for the walk on shower I had discussed with him. I accepted his bid and the work was scheduled: replace the main water line from the meter to the house, Re-Pipe all hot and cold water lines inside the home, demo the existing master tub & shower and replace with walk in shower, repair all drywall and ceiling access points and texture as required. Job went great! The main line and Re-Pipe were done in the 4 days promised. The on-site supervisor, Rudy, was awesome and made sure everything was done perfectly. The walk in shower was delayed a day due to shopping damages to the product, but was quickly resolved by the crew as they tracked down an available replacement. A few unexpected problems came up but were quickly resolved to my complete satisfaction. I will keep their name handy for any future plumbing needs."

"I have used this company for 20 years plus! Now more then ever are wonderful. I had same day service UNBELIEVABLE! And berry is the best guy! Ask for Berry! Personable. Knowledgeable and clear in his explaination"

"I've wanted to wait a few months before writing this review, because this was a big, daylong job that required more than just a few days to assess.  Sure, I was happy with the work when it was finished.  I'd gotten seemingly great work at a great price (about $1000 less than the quotes I'd gotten from two other top mountain plumbers).  And after several weeks without it, having consistent hot water throughout the house was absolute bliss.  Still, it's the kind of work that shouldn't be judged immediately.  If the water heater had failed after a few weeks, or the gas line had clogged up two months later, I might have been very UNhappy.  I just wanted to wait and make sure that work that SEEMED great . . . actually WAS great.
The good news: I highly recommend O'Brien Plumbing.  With a single phone call I was able to arrange for my plumber (Tristan) to come by, make an assessment of my problems and give me an estimate on the work that needed to be done.  Unlike another plumber who charged me $100--and gave me a much higher estimate--O'Brien Plumbing provided this service for free.  And Tristan even took time to sit down at my computer and help me pick out the optimal water heater to replace my old one.  (He not only recommended a much more powerful unit than the ones I was considering, but also gave me a clear explanation as to why.  Despite the sting of the additional cost, I ended following his advice and bought a Noritz 11.1 GPM tankless heater.  Now, I'm really glad I did.  It's a monster and has been really helpful when we've had company--or even when we just want to take a shower and run the dishwasher at the same time.  And it still pumps out consistent hot water in the coldest mountain weather.)
The day of the work: Tristan and his partner were a little late, but he apologized as soon as he arrived, which always makes me feel better.  I said, "I don't care as long as I have hot water by the end of the day."  "You will," he said.  About seven hours later, the work was done, and I had a new tankless heater installed (with new venting), plus a fresh 3/4" gas line running directly from my meter to my heater, plus a small filtration system added to my water supply line.  It was a lot of work, but everything was working perfectly when the guys were done.  And I was extremely happy to have hot water in my house again.
Today, three months later, everything is still working perfectly.  I'm extremely happy with the supplies I ended up purchasing and think they are a significant upgrade to my house.   And with everything still operating perfectly, without a single issue, I'm pleased to say that I'm very happy with Tristan and his work--and all the people at O'Brien Plumbing.
Great job at a great price.  Me and my family really appreciate it.
