"Did a $59 consult only. Turned out the cost of repairing the old heater was almost as much as a new one, so we got a new one, and handled the install ourselves. Luis B was great, knowledgeable, friendly, didn't try to upcharge just to sell a heater, which we appreciated. Gave us an honest evaluation, several options, and was right on time. I will say, though, that the company failed to call me when he was on his way... not a big deal. All in all a good experience."

"Proffesional installation by Hector and Michael. They installed Bradford White Water Heater, and day before installation I called and asked Hector if they can install also Halo 5 water treatment system, self cleaning, and he said Yes! Clean, speedy job. Great price. Effective, fast communication. Hector answered my questions via phone, text, email literally within minutes, or instantly. Highly recommend this crew, company. Already informed my family, if they need fast, reliable service, installation of new systems, to contact them. GO SPEEDY WATER HEATERS!!!! "I have a tankless water heater that was giving an error code and i had no hot water! The tech that came out was very nice and knowledgeable. Im glad to report i now have hot water again. As a side note I talked with the tech about water treatment options and a RO system and as long as my husband agrees I will be having them install both items!!"

"Had a old 30 year 75 gallon leaking hot water heater. JIG Owner came out to the and assessed the problem and offered a replacement unit or upgrade to a tankless! I selected the tankless. Excellent installation, and removal of the old unit. Crew showed up on time, very professional and made sure I understood the warranty terms and conditions along with the operation of the unit. The owner followed up with a followup inspection to ensure I was happy."

"We’ve had so many plumbing projects over the years and have always used Rapid Rescue. They have replaced our water heater, completely plumbed two bathrooms & worked on the house mainline as well as the gas line and hooking up the water lines for the washer & dryer. They are honest, reliable and affordable. The work they have done has been top notch and it lasts. I highly recommend Wes and Rapid Rescue for all of your plumbing needs."

"I have my regular plumber but wanted a second quote so I went on the Angie app. They recommended several plumbers to install an automatic water main valve shut off unit that I needed for my homeowners. AXP contacted me on a Sunday and had a technician out by 9:00 on Monday. Felipe was wonderful and gave me an extremely reasonable quote. His boss, Albert came with parts and they did the work. Came across some excessive root problems but fixed the issue that made the job harder and longer but they got the job done!! Very professional and kept me abreast every step of the way. I would highly recommend this company!"

"Kayvan was a wonderful service tech! He was on time and professionally checked out the water heater and the HVAC system. He was so polite and friendly. He explained the need for a new filter in the heating unit and showed me photos of the unit located in the attic. He also offered to do a friendly deed for free, which I greatly appreciated, He’s a great asset to Service Champions!"
