"The work ethic must’ve changed since the reviews I am reading below. They did a horrible job on my deck on 4/26/25 and my neighbors even said who the heck did you hire? They didn’t sand the deck properly as the paint is peeling after three days and the boards were not replaced as quoted, They power washed it so much that the boards are damaged and they didnt replace as quoted. I also smelled weed. Josh said he would return to fix the issues and then ghosted me. Then when I try to call Samantha his wife , they will not return my calls. Samantha even started forwarding my call to a fake number. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. Stay away."

He took a jack and jill bathroom and turned it into a beautiful handicap accessible bathroom and a powder room. 3. Total roof replacement, code compliant. He even installed a new metal roof. 4. Various electrical projects. Certain outlets needed updating, as well as some wiring issues. 5. Using his connections to reputable tradesman with other skills. Terry either fixes it himself or uses his friends and connections to find other tradesman who can get the job done. Fir example, he used a tile man on the bathroom project."

He had a single person doing carpentry, tile work, flooring, dry wall work, painting, etc. The quality of work was very poor. Furthermore, Geoff is never available and has no time to show up and manage the project. His completion timeline was way off. I ended up terminating project with him. I lost money and time.
