"We shopped and quoted independent door companies and the big box stores for an exterior sliding door, fiberglass frame, blinds between the glass and a glass transom above the doors. The doors were pricey and we found it difficult to get answers to questions. I found Infinity Exteriors and made that one more phone call. We met with Zac, who explained all the details. The detail I especially liked was that the new door would be attached to the sheathing using the unit's flange around the frame instead of attaching it to the sides of the studs. It seemed to me a better installation. We signed the contract and gave him our down payment. There were some problems (because sometimes things go wrong) along the way that delayed delivery and installation. The whole process of removing the existing door and installing the new one took, I think, maybe 2-1/2 hours. The crew did an excellent job installing the door and putting up the trim pieces inside and out - the door and screen glide and latch smoothly and the trim pieces are tight at the corners. Because of the transom, the door and installation were pricey and lead time was long - but the end result was beautiful! We got the door we wanted, so yes, it was worth it. I recommend Infinity Exteriors without reservation. Everyone involved handled our order like it mattered to them. They were great!"

"Jarrett was wonderful to work with. He kept to his word and on what he was going to do and kept to the price. He gave us ideas and design suggestions on the decks (2) decks. The contractor we had hired when starting the project left with no warning in the middle if it and Jarrett graciously fixed the other contractors poor workmanship to bring it to code and basically had to rebuild decks from the beginning. He did a large basement remodel for my son which turned out beautiful. My son was trying to get some furniture in thru the basement window which had to be removed and replaced. We couldnâ  t get the window out. It was a weekend and he cam eout ion his time right away. We called him for advice initially but he just came out. We have projects we definitely will. be using him for. He also painted some dormers on our very tall house and did an excellent job. Our local painter with 5 stars refused to do it-so wonâ  t ever call that guy again. You will not be disappointed hiring him."

"Matt, the owner of WeatherPro Exteriors is always professional. He provided a quote and scope of delivery and followed through as promised. His installers did a wonderful job and were finished in no time. They too, were professional, respectful and polite. The site was all clean when they left. The installation work was of the highest quality. No issues there. My only problem is with the storm windows themselves. The latches on the windows and screens didn't operate properly, a manufacturer's defect. I informed Matt's lead installer, John, who came out immediately to see for himself, what the problem was. He agreed that there indeed was an issue and advised me that he would need to contact the distributor, which he did. After a couple of weeks, the distributor's service man stopped by, and I showed him the problem. He said that he would contact the manufacturer, because it was a manufacturer's defect. That was a month ago. Today I finally received a call from the manufacturer (ProVia) and the service manager said one of his service guys would stop by when he was in the area. He expected that to happen within another four weeks. The average cost per storm window was appx. $306 installed. Kind of expensive when you consider what a brand new complete window costs and the defect resolution that I am chasing. Ironically, I ordered just one storm window to begin with to verify color and quality. It was perfect, so I went ahead with the balance of the order (nine more windows). After they were all installed, I discovered that the nine subsequent windows were all defective. Only the first (sample) storm window, works perfect. Trying to get this resolved is taking quite some time. Seems like everyone says it's someone else's responsibility. <br />"
