"Clogged disposal turned out to be broken clean-out line and 2 breaks in sewer line found by snake camera. Nick was on time with crew, explained each step as we went, and made sure to answer any questions I had about the work. Nick jumped right in and began the digging even as his crew was arriving. By checking the sewer line, 2 additional breaks were discovered caused by nearby cypress roots. Fortunately, a relining process saved us from having more of the yard dug up, and carries a 50 yr warranty. This was a 2-day project and you cannot tell anything happened there; our front garden was preserved during all the work. Costs were in keeping with this type of in-depth work in the area. "Alan came out same day within couple of hours to clear a clogged bathtub drain. Worked on it for some time, went above and beyond to get it drained but no luck' House is 50 + years old with cast iron pipes so I was not surprised when he said ones under the tub needed to be replaced. Had been giving us trouble for several years and had been getting worse. He wrote a proposal and said he could do the next day as it was too late to start that day. James the owner showed up early next morning and went over what needed to be done. Gave a fair price and Alan showed up hr or so later and got started. Worked all day bless his heart. Got drain running smoothly. It's been about 2 weeks and all still going great. Have had a number of plumbing jobs done in the past by different companies but James Degennaro was by far the best. Both he and Alan were great and professional and did great work and clean up. .Would absolutely hire again and recommend . So glad I found them.
