"End to end, the process of making an appointment to getting the work complete was seamless. My kitchen drain backed up on a Thursday evening. I called Drain Away at 7:20 am the next day and they were available to have a tech out by Sat. morning which worked great for me because it meant I didn't have to take off work. On the day of service, the office called promptly at 8 am to let me know they had dispatched and would be there shortly. "When the crew arrived on time, they told me that they looked up the county records and said that the well was placed in 1994 and that the pump was original. They said that they will virtually be doing the same labor in replacing pipes to install the manual pump system to hand pump my well that I should have the old pump replaced at the same time. They had the foresight to have loaded the truck with a new pump and all necessary parts. I feared the old pump would fail and they made sense to me. I greatly appreciated them discounting the normal labor for installing the new pump since they were doing virtually the same work already.
