"Ti was able to schedule same day installation after a holiday weekend, when our water heater decided to burst. Cameron was very professional and water heater installation went very smooth. Also, did some code corrections that the previous plumber had installed. I would definitely hire this company for another plumbing project."

"Kesa was the best plumber we have had in 5 years. He is respectful and has great personality and shows what caused the problem. If we have problems in the future we will request Kesa first! Rescue Rooter is lucky to have him."

"The Technician was friendly and was VERY careful with his care to not make a big mess. He did an excellent job, I thought the price was high but the results greart. Drain works swell."

"Well, it's fixed. A learning experience ? get many bids and make sure the company wants your business. Pros ? Technicians were polite and respectful of my home while I worked in meetings all day. ? The pooling water issue in the basement was resolved, and the floor is now dry; the work was ultimately completed. ? Initial estimate visit was free, but not thorough ? Senior staff came out later to apologize and review the work. Cons ? Pricing was far higher than industry norms based on later bids. ? Avoidable scope changes and price increases after work began; two other plumbers said the job could have been done as originally quoted. ? Communication issues (delayed quotes, unclear explanations, forgotten site details). ? Work quality/finishing didn?t match the premium price; two professionals asked if we had done the work ourselves. Added pictures because I don't know plumbing, so you decide if you'd want this. ? Extra fees add up: 10% financing fee (Synchrony) and 4% credit card fee."

"Tyler and Armondo are true professionals in their workmanship and customer service. They took on the challenge to install our new shower overcoming all challenges to construction and plumbing. Kept us informed of the progress (even though the company overbooked work). The long wait for install was well worth the end results. Best of all I didn't have to do it myself, and the warrenty is parfect."

"For specific projects there was no choice for emergency or burst pipes and that's what we had. We had a pipe burst in our garage, and it was flooding the garage. We had to call the non emergency dispatch to see if we could get help turning off the main water valve; it was frozen. The dispatch told us that there were approximately 10,000 people without water due to bursting pipes. We had contacted them because we couldn't get the main shut-off valve off due to it being frozen, and someone from the city water came to our rescue as well. Considering our garage was flooding. We had called 6 plumbers and got all the same answer; it would be Monday or Tuesday before they could get to us. Totally understood their responses. Fortunately for us, Ryan, from Ryan Parker Plumbing LLC, contacted us later that evening, and he was able to fit us in after all. He came out in that freezing rain and showed my husband that we could have water in the house and just turn off the area that was damaged. Then, he proceeded to fix the pipe (it was in our garage in the wall). Didn't take him long, thank goodness! He came back the next day to make sure it was all fixed and working properly. Ryan is a gem, and I now have him in my phone for future needs! I would recommend Ryan Parker Plumbing to anyone!"

"5 stars A friend in Lake Oswego recommended Three Dogs Plumbing, and they did not disappoint. They swapped out two indoor faucets and installed a new water heater quickly and cleanly. The plumber worked fast, left no mess behind, and made sure everything ran perfectly before leaving. Highly recommend them for any home plumbing needs!"

"Got a scheduling call from an actual person; a plumber was out within a few hours to fix the problem"

"They did a great job, and in one day! The plumber did not show up, but they got another here first thing in the morning, and completed a full renewal!"

"I put in a request for septic tank pumping and the first contact (from other company) was crazy high. A Affordable Septic gave a quote that was extremely reasonable and they surely live up to the name. Marty came out this morning; on time or even a bit early. He was extremely kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone needing septic service. I pray God's Blessings on this company and its employees. John 3:16"
