"The good experience with Raindrop started with the estimate; Lee was knowedgeable and up front with me about the need to fix my chimney before they could do the roof work; neither of the other roofing contractors had mentioned that. When I accepted their bid, but the work couldn't start for over a month, they held the original price even though the cost of materials had just gone up. When they came to do the work, they were courteous and always willing to answer any questions I had about the process. And Ryan, the owner, is a real sweetheart; he came by at the end to check and make sure I was satisfied, which I definitely was. I've already recommended them privately to 2 friends who are ready to redo their own roofs."

"These folks were awesome. From estimation (by Asael) to job completion (2.2 days - 1st day for teardown/ 2nd day for new roof / part day for completion and installation of skylight.) Many pictures of the project from start to completion - they found and repaired any damage from age and water. The total experience was excellent - the price was also VERY competitive."

"Redbird Roofing was great to work with. They have excellent communications in scheduling (and rescheduling) work. They are reasonably priced and Taylor did an excellent job repairing my roof. I'd highly recommend working with them."

"Ramon is prompt, clear, a pleasure to work with. His crew did tear off, repair where needed and new roof in one day. My husband is a retired contractor and very picky; he gives five stars as well. We highly rec and will use them again for other projects."

"Asphalt Shingle Roof Repair - He was great! the crew cleaned up everything, it was really well done and everything went smoothly."

"Did a great job. The roof looks great. They even put a new roof on my shed in the back yard. Afterward cleaned up everything . No mess. Excellent job. Would recommend 5☆☆☆☆☆'s performance. Thank you Rain City Roofers.?"

"We hired this company back in July to do a whole new roof. They got it done in four days. The whole crew was very nice and very respectful. Did not leave no mess behind highly recommend this company for any kind of roofing project or anything is not too big or small for them"

"It was fine. I had a little bit of a problem but I worked it out with the manager and everything was fine. It took a little bit of time. It took a while to get them out here so the owner of the company discounted the work for me. I thought they were fine. I would use them again. I had to pay for the paint because the deal didn't come with paint. He was wonderful. He explained things to me. He took a hundred dollars off and I was happy. What happened wasn't their fault. I had to call several times before I got a hold of the owner. They were here right on time."

"The 2 workers worked really well together and quickly (2 days) - they did the doorframe in our old house (which had a problem they fixed) , fixed the old small deck, added handrails and made it smooth and ready (replaced boards, etc) for painting. Also finished the sub-floor gaps, etc. in the new room to get it ready for the carpet installer. Very pleased with work and price."

"Tommy and the team installed a new asphalt shingle roof for me and did an outstanding job. The team was professional, arrived on time, and the quality of the workmanship is top-notch."
