First we will pre treat all carpeted areas, then we come through with our CRB machine (counter rotating brushes) this helps emulsify the soil lifting it to the tops of the fibers. Then we do a final hot water extraction with 230 degrees of water and a mild rinsing agent. We have 20 years of experience in the business. I am a owner operator with many years of experience. We had him back a couple more times to discuss and then hired UB Harwoods to install pre-finished, engineered flooring from Mirage. There was never a hard-pressure sell, only honest information and answers to our questions. They did an unbelievable job! They matched floor levels perfect that originally had all different types of existing flooring materials, custom cut and stained stair treads to match the new pre-finished floor, and even matched heat vent covers.
