Some constructive criticism: They should provide more information about what they are doing. I know he brought an air hose in and blasted some stuff but I really have no idea what was done. There is no deliverable showing amount of stuff cleaned or anything like that. For all I know he just sprayed an air hose at my vent for 50 minutes and left. I'm sure he did a great job, it's just that communication was lacking a bit so i don't really know what was done. 
Also, with the coupon it was $199 for duct cleaning which seems like a lot given that the whole project was under an hour.
