CARPET, UPHOLSTERY AND TILE CLEANING has cleaned the carpeting in my rental units for several years.  Terry and his crew show up on time, move furniture if necessary, clean and remove stains and residue and also deodorize the carpeting.  In addition, they replace the furniture with water proof leg pads to prevent any  marks.   They also steam clean the grout between tiles on the tiled floors if necessary.
