"Great! Everyone we worked with was professional and so nice. They told us the truth about our roof (that it was in pretty good condition and would likely last several more years), whereas another company tried hard to push us to replace it immediately. Also, their bid was about a quarter of the other bid we received! We really appreciated that they fit our repair in so quickly. And also that everyone was safe and respected COVID protocols - they all wore masks and distanced, even when outside, which made us feel really comfortable. They truly live up to their name, and we will be going back to them when we need to replace our roof!"

"I had a 2nd layer put on about 12 years ago. It was suppose to be good for 30 years (I guessed 20) but the workmanship was lacking and it had been leaking in the valleys for a number of years. IDEAL was the last one to bid but in short time talking, I decided on them. After stripping 2 layers, they had to replace a number of plywood sheets as the old ones were disintegrating. Ideal did a Superb Job working around rainy days. They installed all new flashing, new vents and metal around all roof edges. Even the skylight needed to be replaced. "These workers were so professional it was a joy having Antonio, Willie and Alejandro here. They came prepared with a trailer and their gear. They even had their own port-a-potty!! Clean cut, hard working, worked their butts off with smiles on their faces. These fellows worked from the time they got here until it was time to leave AND they cleaned up after themselves EACH DAY leaving the yard looking pristine. As bad as it was finding out I had a river running through my attic and a ceiling coming down in a bedroom due to this leak, necessitating a new roof (Raindrop DID NOT install the old roof!), I was actually sorry to see them go. I can't thank them enough. And the job looks great. Even the neighbors say so! And a thank you to Tony, the supervisor. He would stop by wanting to make sure the job was to my liking. "I live on the Oregon coast and had a new roof installed in 2015. It had persistent leak issues that the contractor could not/did not fix. Romvil repaired the leaks, re-built rotted out interior and exterior walls, and replaced our interior sheetrock. They were very clear about letting us know exactly what they knew we needed to have done, before they did it. They showed us computer generated plans that explained why we had problems and what they were going to do. They were totally honest about cost and made sure we had agreed to what it would cost before they did the work. I will gladly. hire them again!!!"

"We had Ramon come up and quote us a roof tear off and replacement including 7 skylights. He was our 3rd bid. He was very competitive pricewise and gave us a 40 year roof where the other were quoting 30. Now for the work. His crew started tear off on a Friday and had it completed in just one day. This is where I had my concern - just how much debris would end up in the driveway, lawn and landscaped areas ? I came home from work and his guys were hand carrying the old roofing up and over the roof into a dump trailer. They were very conscientious. You couldn't have filled half a trashcan with what ended up on the ground after the tear off. They also cleaned up several times during the day and they always cleaned up before leaving. I went out a couple times and started picking up a bit and I was always told "we'll clean up" They also made several sweeps around the entire site with a magnet to pick up and nails after they were done On to the roof - Malarkey Vista AR 40 year roof shingles, Artic Seal barrier roofing felt and even leaded pipe vent flashing (no silicone rubber booted flashing to rot out in 15 - 20 years) and Velux skylights. all top shelf material. His crew started Saturday morning , on site promptly at 7 am. They had the garage half of the front and almost the entire back of the house roofed on Saturday. They peaked out Sunday and installed the ridge vent. I even asked if they would sheet my woodshed and roof it since they were here and they knocked that out in about 3 hours. Probably the only guy with a woodshed with a 4o year in the neighborhood ! 49 square tear down and replacement in 3 days seems pretty impressive to me. These guys totally rocked this job ! I was and still am very impressed with the quality of work they did ! For a roof replacement I can't recommend Ramon and Spruce It Up Northwest highly enough Nick Teeter"

"Choosing IBEX to replace my roof was the right one for me. Working with Kyle, Johnny and their crew has been top notch and very professional from the beginning. I wanted to replace two old skylights and Johnny went out of his way to see that the new ones were exactly what I wanted. "This company is amazing, we had a complete roof replacement done. We had a quote for 2 layers of shingle and complete tear off. When the crew started removing the existing layers they found a 3rd layer of wood shingles underneath the existing asphalt, our project manager Joel was upfront about the additional cost and layer. Our project took 2 days to complete. On the 1st day the crew showed up around 6:30am and worked almost until 8pm and did a fantastic job. At the end of both days I received a set of  timeline photos of the project, which was nice to see all the hard work the crew put in. They exceeded my expectations and some. I would highly recommend this company for the quality work and the time that was needed to complete this job."
