After working for a local carpet company for more than 8 years, I've decided to launch my own business to serve the Pacific Northwest. I learned carpet stretching and all types of repairs, and carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning and restoration. Professionally trained and IICRC certified in an industry where you don't have to be. Integrity is very important to me, I serve every customer with the same courtesy and high quality craftmanship that I would expect a contractor in my house to treat and work for me.

"Everything went very well. There was a slight hiccup with measurements or something, causing an adjustment in timeframe and material. It took a couple weeks longer than originally planned, waiting to see if the original hardwood flooring was still available, which it wasn't. It wasn't a huge deal, and I wasn't particular about what was used; just wanted a floor. Thankfully my husband was home when they came to do the job the first time and told them no, don't put anything down until you know there's enough to finish the job. Otherwise, they would have had to tear up what they put down and start over. Overall, I'm pleased with J&B and would hire them again."
