"We had several small drywall cracks that needed repair, and our pull-down attic ladder had a bad hinge.  Walt and Tammy were prompt and responsive to these issues, and they also took care of a couple of additional drywall repairs without changing the estimate.  The attic ladder was an unusual repair, as it involved modifying a poorly assembled lower segment, but Walt was able to correct this without issue.  In addition, Tammy noticed some cracked caulking in our bathroom by the tub, which she also repaired for no additional charge.

"Mark immediately answered his phone (not very many contractors do that).  Since he was in the area, he came by a couple of hours later and gave me an estimate (best and worst case).  A few days later, a carpenter with many years experience began work on the opening.  He was able to move the walls just slightly so now the opening is plumb.  Only took a couple of hours to do the job.  He cleaned up afterwards, and now we are really to do the door installations.

IN FACT, THEY SPENT A GREAT DEAL OF TIME TO THE DOOR I WOULD NEED. WE DISCUSSED PROBLEMS THAT WOULD HAVE TO BE MET TO REPLACE MY OLD PATIO DOOR. BOTH THE SALESPEOPLE WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE COMPANY THEY WORK FOR, THE INSURANCE, AND THE PROCESS THAT GOES INTO MAKING THE DOOR.
