"All work was done well and efficiently. Unprompted, Kent noted a kitchen sink drain deficiency during the proposal phase that explained drain problems we had experienced. Proposal pricing was in line with the lowest submittals. Simpson was pleasant to deal with, punctual, and addressed my proposal questions promptly. Simpson Plumbing was a very good choice for my plumbing projects."

"Because of the way our plumbing was done originally, we need to get our drains cleaned about once a year. We've tried other companies, but we've used Grumpy's for the past two years, and they are the best."

"Over the years, we have used a number of contractors to remodel our home. By far, C. McNearney, LLC tops the list. The firm provided excellent quality work in the remodel of our master bedroom bathroom, completed the work on schedule, on time and within the agreed upon budget, and suggested very helpful design and product assistance. The project was a complete remodel of the bathroom that included removing everything. The shower was expanded in size with a built-in bench. The shower and the floor were tiled. The tile work done by C. McNearney is simply lovely. The grouting looks perfect. The shower was completed with a glass door. New fixtures were installed and relocated in the shower and replaced in the cabinet. Charles and his staff were a delight to have working in our home. Having a high quality remodel completed on time was worth what we paid. The bathroom looks great. We are pleased to highly recommend C. McNearney LLC."

"parts charge is triple what Home Depot charges.Trip charge was also excessive. When it is an emergency repair they have you over a barrel."

"Advised there would be a hole in the wall that I would need to repair after replacing and installation. Wish I would have known that prior. Not sure if that is my negligence? Had to run to store as did not have all parts to finish. Advised I would get charged for that? Have not seen the bill for it however so maybe they realized it was their issue. All in all it was quick and we have a functional water faucet.

"They were professional and courteous and worked hard to get it clean. It took longer than expected because the previous owners hadn't cleaned the ducts in a long time. But I still got a great deal with the coupon offered on Angie's list."

"David did an absolutely fantastic job. This is the second time we have used his services and we wouldn't hesitate to use him again. He did a lot of extra work but charged us a minimum amount over the original estimate. We were happy to pay because the quality of his work was superb and his attention to detail was unbelievable. David is an extremely detail-oriented person who has old-fashioned values when it comes to loyalty, honesty, and hard work. He is wonderful to work with, always willing to explain anything, and always willing to go the extra mile. David Friesen is hands down the best contractor around. Hire him without hesitation."

"Gerry did an outstanding job. The problem was not obvious, and took considerable checking of internal systems. It turned out to be a loose wire in the connections to the motor, which in failure of the motor operation and showed evidence of arcing. He made the repair, and checked the washer for other potential damage due to the electrical arcing. He was obviously knowledgeable, thorough and very polite/considerate. Although not overly chatty (since he was focused on identifying and fixing the problem) he was extremely courteous and took time to explain what he found , the repair, and what to look for in the event of future problems. I would unquestionably hire him again!"

"I needed several small repairs done to the exterior of my house prior to having it painted, which Walt and his wife did beautifully. They also replaced the deck on my shed, and did a wonderful job on that as well. They were quick to respond to my initial request for a bid, accomplished the work within my time frame, did quality work, and cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. They were also quiet and courteous while doing the work.

I have some interior jobs that will need to be done in the near future, and you can be sure I will call Walt for his assistance when the time comes."

"Updated review: Less than 24 hours after Lonnie was here, Rob, the plumber, showed up to repair the pipes. He had to replace over 20 feet of pipe! It was all in the crawl-space, likely on his back. Personally, my skin crawls when I'm under there! He had to lie on his back, for 4 hours to cut and dress over 20 feet of galvanized pipe! Thank you very much Rob! Superb work! ? PS: Yesterday, I exceeded the performance envelope of my new little manual wheelchair when I attempted to negotiate my front stoop without a ramp. I took a serious header into the concrete but Lonnie broke my fall! ? Thank you Lonnie, that was awesome!!! I guess I fell for Apollo Plumbing and Drains LOL"
