I was really happy with how I was treated and the quality of work they did. "Joe was super responsive and professional throughout the project. We ran into a few glitches here and there but he was always on the phone and in most cases on site within 24 hours. He was respectful, forthright, and communicative. The siding crew was great - cleaned up every day, checked in with us when they saw us, worked long hours to get the job done. The painting crew was a bit less clean in terms of the site, but we understand there were some new painters on the crew. When the old siding came off the front porch and we saw that it was "under engineered" Joe was great in terms of giving us options from a shoring up to a full rebuild. We went with the rebuild, which complicated the timing and crews a bit and slowed things down. The carpenter on the porch was great as well. In the end we were very satisfied with the job and with Joe and company (despite the porch throwing everything off by months)."

He gave a written estimate on Thursday, and a crew arrived right on time for each of the following two days. This is our fourth professional painting job, and it was our best experience so far.
