"Splendidly! The work took 3 weeks from the first day, which is exactly how long he estimated. I cannot praise Nato Vargas and his crew enough. They were here working everyday, without fail from 8am to 5pm. At the end of each day they carefully closed the gates and left the place clean and organized. Nato Vargas was always available - every time I needed to talk to him he answered his phone immediately. On more than one occasion my husband and I changed our minds about various things in the plans and Nato was extremely positive and willing to do exactly what we wanted and offered his suggestions for the design as well. He was more than fair when negotiating prices. I have never had a more pleasant experience with a project of this proportion. I interviewed 5 landscape contractors for this project and chose Nato because he had the most competitive bid and was very punctual and courteous and professional. Nato has earned my respect as an excellent landscape contractor and businessman. I will recommend him to all my friends. I wish I could add a photo - I will try."

I had a roughly $30k job across many weeks with both landscape and extensive hardscaping requests. I couldn’t be more thrilled to have found these guys. Fernando was quick to estimate, send over digital (SMS and email) estimates, invoicing, etc. Making transparency a breeze! They have a lot of resources and a big network of subcontractors to lend a hand across pretty much any job. They have access to exclusive wholesale nurseries in the Bay Area and met all my requests precisely. Fernando also spent extra time with me after each day to make adjustments and game plan new additions and pushed back on ideas that didn’t make sense. Also, I forgot some services were included in a previous quote - they could have easily double charged me - but pointed out that all was included already. Projects ranged from installing hardwood floors, replacing all windows, adding recessed lighting, to full-scale remodels of three bathrooms and a rip and replace kitchen. Rigo is godsent when it comes to complex remodeling projects for novices like me. Not only does he do a great job, but he's also proactive. He anticipates potential issues and resolves them ahead of time. Any unexpected setbacks were met with grace and ended up getting resolved in the end. Rigo is receptive to feedback and takes pride in his work. He's also honest - if he doesn't have the skills to do something (which is rare) he mentions it right away and helps find a qualified tradesman to it correctly. Overall, I am very thankful we found him and I'll continue to hire him for any upcoming projects."
