"A++++!! If I could give a higher rating I would. The technician just left my house. My washing machine has had a slow leak for awhile now. Everytime I do laundry I have to dry the floor off with a towel. I called Atl City Appliance Repair. The technician came out and was ver professional, handed me his business card and listened to the issue. About 20 minutes later he called me into the laundry room and explained there is a small hole in the drum and was very honest with his advice. He said it would be too cost prohibitive to replace the entire drum, much better just to purchase another washing machine. I was so grateful because I have had these appliance companies come out in the past and they usually try to sell ice to eskimos. Not this one. I really appreciate the professionalism and honesty and I will absolutely only call this company in the future for my appliance repair needs. I also appreciated the service call fee was $45. That is totally fair + reasonable for the mileage and assessment."

He arrived in a service van, was dressed professionally, spoke politely, was quick in his troubleshooting, and explained what had happened with the unit, what he was doing, and why. Problem: We had been cooking with the igniting element only and it was gone; hence the gas! I was too afraid to ask whether we had been close to KABOOM! I have hired him to return to fix the above range microwave."
