They found a repair made by another company that was completely wrong and they corrected it. They used quality parts and even provided some sprinkler heads I was unaware even existed. In the end, the additional work obviously cost more, but the result, a fully working sprinkler system (all 4 zones) was very nice. David also provided a 90 day warranty on parts and labor.
