"I had an excellent experience from start to finish. They repaired wood rot, replaced siding and trim, and completed the painting with outstanding craftsmanship. The crew was professional, punctual, and took pride in their work. Communication was clear throughout the project, and they were flexible when changes or questions came up. Pricing was transparent with no surprises, and they took the time to explain everything before moving forward. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and an honest, reliable contractor."

"Over all my expierance was less than satisfactory. Most of it is due to poor communication and misunderstanding. The sales person had a difficult time understanding what I wanted and also had a terrible time communicating with me and the installation dept. The installers arrived without any plans and of course did an excellent job of installing the patio wrong. The inspector never came out to instpect the installation. I call the company and complained I was not happy with the job. The inspector came out 3 days later, agreed with me the installation was not done as agreed to. The company did redo the installation ASAP.
I also ordered Elitewood window awnings and even gave the salesman pictures of what I wanted. He got back to me with estimates of window awnings made of canvas, which was not what I wanted. No one has come out to measure the window and I still do not have the window awnings. Needless to say, I will purchase the awnings from someone else.
I am happy with the final product (patio cover only) even though I am not happy with thier sales staff. This is a company I will not do any return bussiness with nor will I recommended them to any of my friends.
Elitewood patio covers and awnings can be purchased from other vendors.

"I had Ocean Seven Builders replace a roof on my primary residence along with a rental property of mine. They knocked out the work at my house in one day and were done by 1pm on the rental property. They were prompt and showed up first thing in the morning and did a lot of prep work to make sure there wasn't any debris falling on my deck table or in my air conditioner. They contacted me once during the day to confirm the color of two vents. I stopped by at lunch and they answered all questions, etc. When I came home in the evening from work they were leaving and they did not leave any trash, nails, etc at all. The roof looks great after the work was completed. I would hire them again."

"The professionalism and quality of work were impressive. My home looks completely refreshed and the results are better than I imagined."

"Joshua is great! I purchased the toilets at Home Depot and arranged for Joshua to pick them up. Well HD Lancaster location only had two of the HE toilets that I wanted, so the 3rd toilet was picked up in the HD Palmdale store. Joshua did all this with pleasure. He was on time, work was completed superbly and cleanup was on point. I will always call on Joshua for my Handyman needs..."

"We worked with Ali (sales manager) and Tony (project manager), who took the time to design a project that made sense for our property and our budget, made a number of suggestions and recommendations and were never pushy or tried to "sell" us on something. The crew really went above and beyond to provide top quality workmanship and overall we were in very good hands. Highly recommended!"

"Mega Power Electric is an excellent company to work with. Gary and his team are knowledgeable, honest, and will go out of their way to get the job done right. We installed panels and solar battery storage unit in our home and we're reaping the benefits of being clean and green."

"Beauty lies in the details and this project proves it to me a thousand times over. I?m not a fan of overly extravagant styles, yet I feel minimalism has been pushed to its extremes, my living room and kitchen are testament to that. I didn?t dislike it but I wanted to add a hint of spice, a touch of character to the two most visible spaces in my home. Initially I considered repainting the walls or installing crown molding so I sought guidance for something more tailored to my home and my personal taste. Of all the estimates only Expert offered the option of textured wall panels. They did advise, however that in the kitchen it had to be PVC or water resistant vinyl, given the practicality of cleaning and the inevitable exposure to moisture and grease. I chose two very similar designs, different materials, yet they create a seamless sense of continuity a transition from heaven to earth."
