"Tim is the kind of contractor you hope to get when cold-calling for a job. We hired Triton to replaced our whole roof,. In the process, Tim's crews found and fixed a stubborn water leak that was tormenting us. First off, Tim and his guys are experts. They are fast, efficient, respectful and clean up well. On top of that, Tim supplies a patient, personal touch that is much appreciated. Especially if you are not familiar yourself with whatever the work involves. He is always accessible for questions or concerns -- before, during AND after a job. I can't stress enough how important that is. He says he wants you to be completely satisfied with his team's work, and he backs that up. We have an 80-year-old, two-story brick house in South St. Louis. We had a stubborn water stain on a downstairs, interior wall. The problem persisted for months, despite the opinions -- and work -- of multiple different tradesmen. Most had done previous -- unrelated -- jobs for us. But this leakage problem persisted. Finally, in need of a new roof, we hired Triton. Before a relative had recommended Tim, we had another roofer replace the original decades-old flashing. We had no history with the first roofer., who was by far the low bidder. But we figured this roofer had addressed the problem. So when the leak persisted, we turned to other craftsmen for possible solutions. We tried tuck pointing, enlarged gutters and fresh interior painting. Nothing worked. Then we hired Triton to replace the whole roof., which involved removing the "new" flashing. Tim's crew quickly found that the original leak was in fact around the chimney -- and that the other roofer's "repairs" to the flashing actually made the leak worse. Tim patiently explained this in detail and documented it with photos. Nearly 18 months later, our interior wall remains bone-dry, thanks to Tim and his crews. What a relief! Along with my own experience, I know that Tim did a great job on an in-law's roof -- that's where I heard about Triton. I'm happy to return the favor and recommend Tim whole-heartedly. In fact, when a female neighbor had an interior water leak like mine,, she hired him at my suggestion. She told me the other day that Triton had fixed her problem as well -- though I'll let her supply her own recommendation! In our case, Triton was not the cheapest option. But I found the hard way that cheaper is not always better. To me, it was worth paying more for expertise, quality materials -- and peace of mind."

"They weren't outstanding but the pricing was lower than anyone else. Installation booking. Their lead time on getting the windows installed is terrible. 

I would recommend them if you are not in a hurry to get the windows done. Need time. I would use them again if I had a lot of time. The reason for the lower grade is the time it took to get the installation started."

"I started by reaching out to a number of local roofing companies. In particular to a prior company I had used before Because of good experiences. Ultimately, I found out that the sales team at H&M was absolutely phenomenal. The communication was great. They worked with me to help me understand exactly what was going to happen. They helped me with my particular budget for the customizations that my roof needed (Including new flashing, and a new vent or two, and installing a solar roof vent). That being said, Jill did an absolutely phenomenal job. She was responsive, took her time and listened to my concerns and feedback. Ultimately, my roof looks great, the leak I was having from the flashing is gone, I now have solar power For my attic vent. Iâ m very happy with the way this turned out. Probably the biggest issue that I experienced was that I found that there was a language barrier between the labor force, and the sales side/operational side. My wife and I were under the impression that our carport roof would match the main roof In terms of color (black). Ultimately, A white roof was placed on the carport. Additionally, We had some wood rot that we wanted to have repaired, and we communicated that initially. Unfortunately, when the job was complete the areas in which there was wood rot had not been replaced, and the labor team had to come back out to fix much of it. When the project was done, we had a ton of leftover wood that I had painted to be hung up, but it ultimately was not part of the labor quote, and therefore they didnâ t touch it. (I made a cornhole set). In summary, The sales team was absolutely phenomenal and I loved working with Jill. But I do think that operation there could be some improvements. The roof looks great and the gutters are now seamless with gutter guard (no more gumballs)."

"We recently had our house siding repaired and painted by Siding Repair Systems. What an almost completely wonderful experience. More on the one major shortcoming in a minute. The project starts with a visit by Mike Hudson, the president. His onsite evaluation results in an exceptionally thorough estimate, complete with photos showing every side of the house, marked with indications of what they will be doing to correct every single defect as well as everything they will paint. For the homeowner, it could not be any easier or more exact. We hired them right away. The work was completed by Itamar's team. After an hour or so you learn how nice the workers are; after a day or two you begin to think of them as good friends. They work tirelessly, and quickly, yet still giving each task the time it deserves in order to be perfect in every way. They carefully removed all of the many cracked fiber cement boards, sanded all the blistered boards, and installed new boards with scarcely any noticeable nails. Then they applied high quality paint to the entire house, including all of color-faded fiber cement boards, giving the house a brand new appearance. The workers are excellent in all they do. They are courteous and thoughtful. They treat your property as though it was their own. It was nice having them on the job. The team as a whole is great, but Itamar is the most impressive, and his skills are clearly superb. His fantastic supervision really stands out. With Itamar in charge, this team of workers really excels. We feel confident that we picked the right company with the right people for this job. It's no wonder they have such a high rating with the Better Business Bureau. We enthusiastically recommend this company. The shortcoming is that they left the trash in a dumpster in front of our house for 8 days. It's incredible that a company would do such wonderful work and then end the effort on a sour note. I'd like to give the company only 3 stars for not removing the trash quickly, but that wouldn't be right. The work was so well done that they truly deserve 5 stars, if not more. Lastly, a few words on fiber cement siding. We live in a new urban community where all houses must have fiber cement siding. Almost a thousand houses in an extremely tight square mile area. It could easily be an interesting test bed for a study on the actual - not the advertised - reliability of fiber cement siding. Unfortunately, in this development many, many, many houses have had to have the fiber cement siding repaired or completely replaced. Some within the first year.
